Partners Mentoring Youth
Each year Partners Mentoring Youth host an event called Partners Superstars Sports Challenge. This is a series of different games and events. Different teams, usually composed of employees from different companies, registered for a certain fee. All the proceeds go towards Partners Mentoring Youth. Pi Kappa Alpha helps set up and tear down the event, umpire the different games and serve food.

Pikes and Strikes
Last Spring we hosted our 2nd annual Pikes and Strikes philanthropy bowling event. Last year all of our proceeds went towards the Children's hospital and this year the proceeds will go towards Project Smiles. Project Smiles is an organization that provides dental care to underprivelaged children.

SPLASH DANCE
Pike volunteers to chaperone several Splash Dances every year. Splash Dance is sponsored and organized by Team Fort Collins, a local non-profit dedicated to keeping kids from abusing drugs and alcohol. Middle School students from all over Fort Collins attend the event, sometimes as many as 800 kids show up. The dance provides a safe place for these kids to dance, play sports, and socialize.

CSUnity
45 Members of Pi Kappa Alpha donated their day to CSUnity on April 8th. The schoolwide community service day is sponsored by several student organizations including Student Leadership in Civic Engagement. As per tradition started during the fraternity's refounding in 1986, Pike spent most of its time split into groups cleaning up river areas.

Above: Pike still contiues the tradition of the river cleanup started in 1986.

Can's Around the Oval
Pike heavily particiaptes in Can's Around the Oval and takes winning it seriously. Pike has given more pounds of food than any other fraternity 5 out of the last 6 years. Last year we donated over 8,000 pounds and this year we just donated over 14,000 pounds! We continue to dominate this event year in and year out to help the Larimer County Food bank

Pikes collect donations and gather can's to support the local food bank in the Can's Around the Oval Food Drive.
