* Administers a loan program and provides education regarding feasibility studies and capital fund raising campaigns conducted by house corporations
* Facilitates a group property insurance program with a comprehensive set of coverages at a competitive price
* Recognizes groups for their outstanding management and care of their facilities via its International Housing Awards
* Publishes a monthly newsletter containing timely property management information and helpful links to sources that assist with the maintenance, repair, and improvement of chapter houses
* Coordinates an electronic bulletin board, "Pillars of Success", for house corporations to share ideas and successes with each other
* Provides recommendations on ideal floor plans, building specifications, and architectural styles for various sizes and types of Greek housing, designed to meet the needs of the modern student

| EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION |
* Founded in 1948 as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization for charitable, literary and educational purposes
* Guided by a 12 member volunteer board of trustees
* Owns and maintains the Pi Kappa Alpha Memorial Headquarters, which houses the Fraternity’s and Foundation’s professional staffs, the Harvey T. Newell Library, and the Freeman Hart Museum
* Provides funding to the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and its chapters for educational and leadership based programs, scholarships and chapter house facilities
* Grants initiation fee scholarships to IIKA undergraduates inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa, the Order of Omega, Phi Kappa Phi, and Tau Beta Pi honoraries
* Operates thanks to the generosity of thousands of IIKA alumni who annually contribute to the PIKE Fund

| CHAPTER SERVICES |
* Employs one Director of Services and at least 7 staff members who provide consulting services to all of Pi Kappa Alpha’s chapters
* Conducts over 250 three-day consulting visits annually to chapters
* Conducts over 30 three-day recruitment visits annually to chapters and colonies |

* Provides services for 119 alumni associations
* Chartered 17 associations in the past two years
* Manages the Pike Loyal Order program

| RECRUITMENT |
* Utilizes a full-time expansion team to live and work on campus during 4-5 week colonization period
* Provides leadership and fraternal education during on-site visits to colonies at least once per semester/quarter
* Established 13 colonies in the past three years
* Chartered 5 new chapters in the past two years
* Plans for 5 colonizations in the 2005-2006 academic year

| PIKE UNIVERSITY |
* Holds International Convention every two years; the 2006 International Convention will be held in Orlando, Florida
* Conducts the Academy every summer during "off-convention" years to focus on chapter programming
* Hosts a biennial Volunteer Forum for all chapter advisors, house corporation volunteers and alumni association representatives
* Hosts an annual Chapter Executives Conference in January for presidents, treasurers and rush chairmen
* Conducts 6 Leadership Summits annually at sites across North America
