DEMOLITION SCHEDULING FOR THE TWO PIKE HOUSES IN PROGRESS!
With the anticipation of construction of the new Pike Dream House next spring, the two main Pike Houses on the the corner of Laurel and Meldrum are being scheduled for demolition Mid October. We will keep you updated with any news and events that come with demolition. Yes, believe it, it is finally happening.

The men of Epsilon Theta will continue their legacy as scholars, leaders, athletes, and gentlemen at Colorado State and our future has never looked brighter. Our men are excited for an eventful fall with many new prospects on the horizon to include once again dominating Cans Around the Oval, Intramurals, exciting social events, and the begining of our construction process for the new Pike Dream House.
